Step 1: Submit Your Application

*Please note, this application is not for individuals who are applying for the Secondary Career Center. The Secondary Career Center has a separate application.  Please see your high school counselor or go here to print the application. 

Step 2: Complete Your FAFSA

Completing your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) will determine your eligibility for Federal financial Assistance.  NTI’s school code is 014044.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Student Services Director at 479 751 8824 extension 240 or email info@nwti.edu

Step 3:  Submit the Following Documents to NTI.

  • ACT, COMPASS or Accuplacer exam scores from within the last five years. Students are required to meet one of each of the following test score:

  • Official High School transcript and/or official GED scores and/or official transcripts from any post-secondary school you have attended.
  • Immunization records (proof of two doses of measles, mumps, and rubella) if born on or after January 1, 1957.
  • $10.00 Application Fee


*Students who are applying for Nursing, and/or Surgical Technology will also need to turn in the following:

  • Two job or professional references (Students who are applying for the LPN, or ST program)
  • CNA Certification  (Student who are applying for the LPN program)
  • Background Check (Students who are applying for the LPN, or ST program)
  • Autobiography (Students who are applying for the LPN, or ST program)
  • Varicella (Students who are applying for the ST program)
  • Surgical Technology Acknowledgement (Students who are applying for the ST program)


 Please note the above documents will be mailed once the application has been received. 

Step 3:  Await for Further Instruction

Once we have received all of the above required admissions documents you will be contacted by letter  with further instruction.  Please note that all students who are interested in attending any of NTI diploma programs will go through an interview process.  NTI does not discriminate against age, sex, race, and/or religion.
